The past 30 years since the opening and reform of China witnessed the great achievement of politics, economy, and culture. However, the domestic finance industry achieves the slowest progress. In 2003, the State Council decided to reconstruct the domestic commercial banks referring to the advanced standard and international conventions aiming at a“clear property right, explicit right and duty, enterprises were separated from government and scientific management”. Through the reconstruction, the domestic banks can become modern share-holding commercial banks in order to compete against the banks. The domestic commercial banks have sufficient capital, fine internal control, safe operation, good services and profits. The steps of domestic financial reforms are quickening. At the same time, the management structure, operation level, risk control capability, and profit-earning capability are improved. Undoubtedly, many problems exist in the management of the domestic commercial banks despite the great progress in reforming. The main problems are as follows: The business mainly depends on traditional services. The management structure of the bank is not sophisticated enough. The risk control capability remains low. In 2007, the subprime mortgage crisis broke out and the negative effects are still deepening. In 2008, the United States encounters the financial tsunami, which triggers the global financial crisis. Consequently, Chinese banks are facing more serious challenge and competition. From the view of China, since the Qinghai-Tibet railway is open to traffic, the overall economic trend is better and better. The government has put more investment in Tiber. In addition, the abundant tourism resources, mineral resources, water conservancy boost the business environment. But the banking industry in this region is facing more serious competition with the establishment of postal bank and Industrial and Commercial Bank.Under this circumstance, it is necessary to think about the scientific development of the branch of Chinese Construction Bank (CCB) in Tibet. This thesis consists of four parts.
