Abstract


Into the twenty-first century , the pace of China 's domestic financial markets as foreign banks enter the ever-accelerating marketization of interest rates , financial disintermediation diverse customer needs drastic changes in the financial environment , China 's state-controlled commercial banks facing unprecedented competitive pressures . How to enhance their market competitiveness in an increasingly liberalized and competitive financial markets , to consolidate and expand its market share and become the urgent problem of every one of the state-controlled commercial banks . Analyze and learn from the experience of successful reform of Western commercial banks , BPR become popular in the West to China 's state-controlled commercial banks innovation and reform . Currently, four state-controlled commercial banks have started to varying degrees attempt to conduct business process reengineering to through business process reengineering to improve competitiveness and business performance . After several years of development , the banks at the same time to achieve certain results also revealed some problems need to further improve and deepen . In this paper, the state-controlled commercial banks in recent years, the effect of business process reengineering , reference to the success of business process reengineering experience , combined with the actual development of the banking industry in China , China 's state-controlled commercial banks to improve business process reengineering . The paper is divided into four parts : the first part , a brief bank business process reengineering , connotation and theoretical foundation of the banking process , paving the way for later in this article . The second part describes the development of China 's state-controlled commercial banking process . Through the various periods of the development of the business process , and business process reengineering before and after comparison , to identify the problems in the current business process reengineering . The third part , in-depth expand the study of China 's state-controlled commercial banks business process reengineering , proposed the general idea of business process reengineering , marketing services , internal risk management , outward extension of business processes , employee performance appraisal recycling the program detailed discussion . Part IV discusses the construction of China 's state-controlled commercial banks conducting business process reengineering while supporting measures needed .
