Abstract

Based on the realistic background, we select our deep as the original sample, the overall listing of A shares in the Shanghai-listed companies between 2004-2008 event, event study to explore the overall listing mode as well as the government's degree of association listed short-term wealth effect on the overall impact; analysis of the overall listing for the enterprise to bring sustained long-term wealth effect, make research results more representative of reality also more valuable for investors to make use of factor analysis from both vertical and horizontal designed to provide the theoretical basis for investment decisions as well as Chinese enterprises listed as a whole, but also be able to make up for the current lack of empirical studies of China's listed as a whole wealth effect. This paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, the research background, significance, methods, content and innovation. The second part of the induction, summarizes the research of scholars in the overall listing of the wealth effect, as the basis for further study of this article, and define the basic concepts of the overall market and the wealth effect. The third part is listed as a whole wealth effect analysis, starting from the development status of Chinese enterprises listed as a whole, the analysis of the theoretical basis of the overall listing, mode, and the overall listing of the wealth effect of conduction mechanisms and impact conditions. The fourth part of the empirical study on Chinese enterprises listed as a whole wealth effect. The results of this study showed that: the the enterprises declared listed as a whole will have a positive wealth effect, through private placement to achieve the overall market can bring more wealth effect, at the same time, the degree of association of business and government listed the short-term impact of the wealth effect on the overall was significantly positively correlated; In addition, the overall listing of the corporate year operations and asset management situation there is a significant improvement and raise, but the overall market after the annual operating and asset management, although the improve but not significantly with, however, is in the same development conditions , the overall listing of enterprises is not listed as a whole enterprise can produce long-term wealth effect. The fifth part is to study the conclusions and recommendations the induction and summarizes the conclusions of this study, and make recommendations, in the hope that the overall listing trends enterprises to identify the enterprises themselves positioned in a large environment, the ultimate basis for their own conditions and external environment to develop and implement an effective overall listing plan.
