Abstract


The world has entered the era of knowledge economy, and the level of science and technology plays an important role in the development of a country. As a‘booster’for scientific and technological achievement into high-tech industries, venture capital is of great significance.This article first definition the concept of venture capital market, and then discussed the great significance of development China’s venture capital market base the conditions of China. And then presented some theories involved in the article.Chapter III of this article compared the growth of VC market between China and foreign countries and tries to find the reason why China’s VC market grows lags behind other countries, and sum-up 5 factors, including VC structure is irrational; the exit channel for VC is poor; the organization defects of VC funds; the deficiency of VC service and venture capitalists lack of an effective incentive.Chapter V Discussed in detail of how to further develop the China venture capital market from six aspects.The first is to bring government fund as a role of‘guide’, and develop the private equity fund; the second is to construction a multi-level, diversified venture capital market system; the third is establishment a investment service system base the conditions of China; the fourth is to broaden the field of venture capital; and the last is to establishment a VC mechanism for talented people.
