Abstract


With the increasing economic development in the form of acceleration, more and more development trends give enterprise capital and bank credit many demands and challenges.Chinese commercial banks complete the control of the credit risk mainly through the various banks internal credit risk management evaluation system, and the bank managing behavior depend on its results.However, the corresponding financial evaluation penetrates each plate and affects the results of the evaluation board in different levels.Obviously, the foothold and method of financial evaluation is very important in credit risk management in Chinese commercial banks. But the credit risk assessment method in Chinese commercial banks is just a single financial analysis, not adjust to the focus and point of view rationality on the basis of the nature of business, personal financing needs and life-cycle needs and the actual situation analysis with the same standard of evaluation. In the face of the current problems in financial market, the financing bottleneck is a very serious problem for enterprise managers of small and medium-sized private enterprises. However, the large-scale enterprises loan are high without efficiency. Therefore, Chinese commercial banks in credit risk analysis methods of financial evaluation must be improved.The main ideas of this thesis are as following Chapter one introduces the background of research, Chapter two tells us the contents, characteristics of commercial banks credit risk and so on, Chapter three and chapter four give an analysis of the main forms, contents, status and role of financial evaluation on credit risk of commercial banks. Chapter 5 gives a method of improving the financial evaluation on credit risk of commercial banks. Chapter 6 introduces the operation of the method in practice.
