Abstract


Special customs supervision areas in China was first established in the early 1990s . 20 years, the special customs supervision areas played a big role in China's processing trade . With the accelerated process of economic globalization , especially since China 's accession to the World Trade Organization , the development of special customs supervision areas facing many new challenges and revealed a number of potential problems .
