Abstract


The township enterprises are significant ingredient of national economy, while the hardship of financing becomes the major obstruction of their development. Under the shock of financial crisis, it is extremely essential of the economic growth, transforming the mode of development and accelerating the employment to resolve the issue of financing of township enterprises. According to the study in some enterprises, this paper presents main condition of financing of township enterprises in Linyi City, and then analyses the factors restricting the financing. Finally, it puts forward further countermeasures to the issue.Five chapters constitute the paper. The first chapter is the introduction, which contains the background, the purpose and significance, the overview of the literature, methodology and innovation of the paper. The second analyses the circumstance of township enterprises financing in Linyi City, of which the emphasis is the channel. The third analyses the problem of township enterprises financing. The fourth analyses the factors restricting the township enterprises financing, which compromise the factors of enterprises themselves, the factors of finance institution, the macroeconomics, the government and society. Especially, the factors of enterprises themselves are main factors, including the weak management mechanism, accounting regime and the credit anticipation. The fifth chapter proposes the improving policies to resolve the dilemma of township enterprises financing in Linyi City and facilitate the development of rural economy.
