Abstract


With the development of market economy,procurement management is not only the first condition for the production enterprise groups,the reducing of costs and profit,even the core competitiveness of enterprises are important means. The purchasing is not considered as adversary relationship between the supply and demand any more, but cooperation partnership based on win-win of the supply and demand party. Modern supply chain management has become core to enhance the competitiveness of an important part of the enterprise, "the third profit source." Integrated supply chain Management has become a link on the upstream and downstream enterprises, coordinating the supply chain and efficient operation of the core features of the body. The procurement throughout the supply chain has permeated all aspects of the supply network; the integration of procurement to improve the supply chain has become the key to competitiveness. Supply chain management is built around the core business of supply chain optimization, at the lowest cost supply chain from procurement to begin, the production, inventory, sales, distribution, transportation and other sectors, until all the processes to meet the end-user. The aim is to improve customer service levels and reduce overall transaction costs and improve efficiency of enterprises. Therefore, under the integrated supply chain, procurement of research seems urgent and important.This article aims to DT within the company through the supply chain study of how through the application of supply chain management, the suppliers, warehouses, distribution centers and other institutions flow of raw materials, finished products to effectively integrate and leverage outside the enterprise resources, minimize the cost of the system, and at the exact time the right amount of goods to the right place. Purpose is to enable businesses to further reduce costs, increase efficiency and improve service levels.Article first describes the theory of supply chain management and a detailed discussion, and then through the analysis of DT’s purchasing, inventory and distribution management of the situation, identify the internal management of procurement problems, the DT’s purchasing management, inventory management and distribution management and other sectors to organize, analyze, summarize the existing advantages and disadvantages, actual work, and establishing the company’s actual procurement organizations, models and control methods. By analyzing the study,the author thinks that the supply chain management thoughts down in the management is to establish a new mode and mutual cooperation between supply and demand conditions,Through the process of management,procurement process total cost,and efficiency of the match,enhance efficiency and reduce transaction costs; The use of information network,the procurement business information to internal and external work with suppliers of information to establish long-term cooperation and sustainable development of strategic partnership and associated enterprises "bilateral win" or "win".
