Abstract


With the restructuring of telecom operators and 3G license issuance , the CRC into the moving company became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group and will operate independently in the future period , the CRC company and how companies conduct business cooperation movement is the focus of this article . This article first after the reorganization of the telecommunications industry overall analysis of the situation , pointing out that the data communication , the third generation mobile communications, fixed mobile convergence , etc. will be the next major carriers competing positions .
