Abstract

Cultural industries as a new sunrise industry in the national economy to occupy an increasingly important position. Xi'an as the most important cities in western China and one of the world's four ancient capitals, has a very rich cultural heritage, which is the development of cultural industries in Xi'an has an important role. In recent years, the rapid development of cultural industries in Xi'an, has made many exciting achievements, but also had some serious problems, and gradually aroused widespread concern in government and academia. How better to make the development of cultural industries in Xi'an seize opportunities, meet challenges, this paper analyzes in depth the development of cultural industries in Xi'an status, focusing on the lack of quantitative analysis of industry trends and cultural research, analysis perspective only stay in the areas of economics and management issues such as cut point of view the use of sociological analysis and quantitative analysis methods, the future development of cultural industries in Xi'an modeling and analysis results and model as the basis for the development of cultural industries in Xi'an propose appropriate strategic responses. This paper briefly describes the connotation of China's cultural industry and related concepts, pointing out that the cultural industry, directly or indirectly refers to the spirit to meet consumer demand and awareness for the purpose of serving the community, relying on the diversity of cultural resources, starting from the market-oriented, using price mechanism, competition mechanism for the production, distribution and consumption, and can simultaneously achieve economic and social benefits of new industries; structural features of the cultural industry and essential attribute analysis shows that culture is all cultural industries and cultural core of the product; use of social systems theory the development of the cultural industry analysis shows that the cultural industry is a product of social development, but will also contribute to social progress. The emergence of cultural industries is significant change in the social structure; political and economic one hand to promote the cultural industry development and change, but also by the continuous development of cultural industries affected; spiritual and cultural development of cultural industries is the core and most stable factor is the development of cultural industry and its core product development and source. Secondly, the status of the development of cultural industries in Xi'an conducted in-depth analysis, including the resource advantages, location advantages, the policy advantages, these advantages for the development of cultural industries in Xi'an provides a good foundation. However, with the city's cultural industry compared to the developed, there are still large gaps, mainly in the ideological level, relatively backward ideas and consciousness; At the management level, industrial policy and the absence of a sound management mechanism, such as a single investment entities, these factors also seriously hampered the rapid development of cultural industries in Xi'an. Again, through the domestic industry has the typical characteristics of the three geographical and cultural cities (Beijing, Shenzhen and Shanghai) and its cultural industry cluster analysis and comparison, the cultural industry development model, and as a reference, compared to Xi'an the existence of many cultural industries, this paper proposes to cultural resources can be taken as the basis of demand-oriented development model to promote cultural industries in Xi'an sustained, rapid and healthy development. Finally, in order to develop practical strategic planning, first select from 1998 to 2008, 11 years Xi'an seven major cultural industries, namely radio and television, culture and entertainment, journalism, publishing, travel, networking and cultural services, advertising and educational development data for quantitative analysis and on this basis to construct the prediction model of cultural industries in Xi'an, Xi'an next three years are given cultural industry trends; results showed that the overall development of cultural industries in Xi'an in good shape, the output value of each category are upward trend, but the pace of development of individual industries is not balanced; Second, for the above analysis, the development of cultural industry development in Xi'an strategic plan for the development of cultural industries to provide a theoretical guarantee.
