Abstract


With the development of economic globalization and the growing innovation of science and technology , cultural industry as a sunrise industry of the 21st century , occupy an increasingly important position in the development of the national economy . As a developing country , the state-of-the-art technology as well as huge capital we are not easily surpassed . Therefore , the only development suited to their national conditions and industry to gradually narrow the gap with the developed countries . However, China, as a big country with five thousand years of history , culture , and has a rich cultural heritage unparalleled , but its cultural industry development is unsatisfactory . Xi'an as China 's ancient capital of culture has as 13 toward the ancient capital , has a rich historical and cultural resources , thanks to the unique cultural resources , Xi'an should this advantage , vigorously develop the cultural industry . At the same time , to improve the situation of the economy is relatively backward . This paper describes the evaluation of the cultural industries and cultural industries theory , a brief description and the cultural industry development status of Xi'an . On this basis , the establishment of a the Xi'an Cultural Industry comprehensive evaluation index system . Among them, the main factors layer contains the total scale of the cultural industry , the Government has put in a total of five factors , the degree of market-oriented , economic, social indicators of sub-factors of 15 . Comprehensive evaluation of the status of cultural industries in Xi'an , scoring by experts to determine the relative weights of the main factors in the index system layer and subfactors layer , the use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and obtained the status of the development of cultural industries in Xi'an ratings level , and a comprehensive evaluation . The study showed that the general Xi'an cultural industry development status . Mainly due to the development of economic efficiency indicators , followed by the total scale , the degree of market-oriented cultural industry . To this end , for the three indicators , the paper gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improvement. The research has important guiding role in Xi'an cultural industries development .
