Abstract


Ecotourism is progressing rapidly in many countries and areas and has become a trend of the world tourism devel and management activity. It insignificant to analyze and evaluate ecotourism development patterns the ecotourism resources and set up the modern for developments , exploiting and protecting the promoting the sustainable ecotourism ecotourism resources.The tourism resource is rich in three gorge of Yellow River and it’s the key scenic spot in Gansu Province, but there has been some problems such as tourism ecology environmental issues, inadequate exploiting intensity and lacking of local residents’ participation. The keys to the sustainable development of the Yili’s natural protection career and the economic growth are to evaluate the area’s ecotourism resources scientifically, confirm the development direction and emphasis and put forward the development frames and notions. Additionally, the theoretic; study of Yili’s ecotourism can provide a reference for the same style of ecotourism development practice in our country.This dissertation comprises four parts as follows:The first part: provides the theory basis eco-tourism development for the three gorge of Yellow River through the elaboration eco-tourism production development theory; analyzed the condition from the natural environment and the humanities environment which the three gorge of Yellow River eco-tourism resources forms, provides the basis to the three gorge of Yellow River eco-tourism development and the developmental strategy. The second part carries on the traveling district to the three gorge of Yellow River, determines the subject and the concrete development plan. The third part sets a target the source of tourists market and proposes the pointed marketing measure in base of analyzing present situation. The fourth part is for the purpose of constructing the safeguard system of the three gorge of Yellow River eco-tourism development from strengthening the eco-tourism management, the establishment effective community participates in the mechanism, strengthens the human resources development.
