Abstract


Modern society is a society of information and network competition of information is crucial, especially under the age of economic globalization, enterprises for various industries. Enterprises through various means and tools to collect relevant information from the corporate internal and external processing and analysis of the information obtained valuable intelligence information in the enterprise, making the enterprises to make strategic decisions more in line with the competitive environment, the market changes in response to more timely and effective, allowing enterprises to maintain their competitive advantage in the fierce market competition, and thus able to survive and develop. Therefore, the construction of enterprise competitive intelligence system, more and more enterprises valued, from the flood of information in the context of the explosion of information era, how to get useful intelligence information source, to become the enterprise competitive intelligence system faces new issue. Firstly detailed knowledge of Web information mining, enterprise competitive intelligence and enterprise competitive intelligence system; comparative analysis of Web information mining and traditional database-oriented data mining and, on this basis, summarizes the characteristics of the Web information mining its application prospects; subsequent article discusses the frame structure of the enterprise competitive intelligence system from both horizontal and vertical angles and new features of enterprise competitive intelligence manifested in the network environment, and the role of the corporate summarized to Enterprise Competitive Intelligence System in general construction principles, analysis of future trends in the enterprise competitive intelligence; Second, in order to obtain useful information from the Web, the new characteristics of the articles for information under the network environment, the analysis improved classic Web information mining algorithm PageRank and HITS, and proposed a mining algorithm based on the structure of the Web in the two basis; Finally, the article combined the features of enterprise competitive intelligence in the network environment, the diversification of sources of information, the architecture of enterprise competitive intelligence system analysis to improve the traditional enterprise competitive intelligence process flow, increase enterprise competitive intelligence integrated subsystems used to collect information processing, to meet the requirements of enterprise competitive intelligence data analysis subsystem. Web information mining techniques applied to the enterprise competitive intelligence, information gathering, and build a Web information-based mining enterprise competitive intelligence system model, and provide a new reference for the development of enterprise competitive intelligence system.
