Abstract


Business growth is an ancient , worldwide research. SMEs to enhance competitiveness and vitality , promote economic growth , optimize the economic structure , promoting technological innovation , and expand employment, increase exports and expand revenue sources have played an irreplaceable role of large enterprises . Especially the growth of SMEs in the SME group plays the role of the pilot . In recent years, the Shanxi SME groups grow significantly , with great potential for growth . Study Shanxi SME growth factors , can find out the key points of the ability level of the relationship between the growth of SMEs , promote the Shanxi SME groups to achieve sustained growth . This paper uses classical economics , the theory of new institutional economics , business management , strategic management theory , resource endowments theory , from the point of view of enterprise groups , take the combination of empirical research and normative research , quantitative and qualitative analysis of the combination of Shanxi feedback data of more than 600 small and medium enterprises in the province , correlation analysis , comparative analysis and variance analysis , an accurate analysis of the key factors of growth of SMEs , the ability to calculate the share of the main factors affect the proportion of theoretical analysis , the proposed several countermeasures. The core of this article is first summarized Shanxi SME growth factors and decomposition of the key factors for indicators that affect the ability to grow , and then analyze the feedback data through surveys , to quantify the contribution of various indicators of the ability to grow and come to SMEs different stages of growth on the importance of the various indicators . Second , the proposed management measures for Shanxi achieve sustainable growth of SMEs .
