Abstract


Three decades of reform and opening up , China's SMEs rapid development of increasingly prominent role and status in the national economy and social development , and is playing an increasingly large tax increases , technological innovation , creating jobs , institutional transition and expand exports role. The issue of the development of SMEs , to become the focus of attention . However, as financing issues restricting the development of the key factors is a serious impediment to the further development of SMEs . By the impact of the global financial crisis in 2008 , the problem of financing small and medium-sized enterprises are more prominent. Energy province of Shanxi , the financing of SMEs has become the most important issue of restricting its development . SME Bureau of Shanxi Province , a survey data show that in 2008 the province SME funding gap further increase up to 75% of the funding gap . So to solve the problem of SME financing in Shanxi Province have great significance for the development of SMEs and Shanxi Province 's economic development and even the country's economic development and social stability . The small and medium enterprises in Shanxi Province as the research object , and hopes to learn from at home and abroad Solutions for SME financing problems to find an effective method to meet the characteristics of Shanxi Province, the local economy , able to effectively solve the financing problems of SMEs in Shanxi Province . This paper discusses the following : First , to explain the concept of corporate finance , and summarized the theory of corporate finance ; followed by a literature review and statistical data combined with the actual characteristics of the small and medium enterprises in Shanxi Province , the study concludes Shanxi SMEs financing the status quo ; once again , the use of internal and external analysis theory , the credit mechanism theory and asymmetric information theory from three perspectives of the enterprise's own financial environment , government policy systematically analyzes the Shanxi Province, the problem of financing for SMEs causes ; Finally, on the basis of learn from the advanced experience of Zhejiang Province , Shanxi Province, the financing of SMEs proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions .
