Abstract


In the past two decades, the rapid development of small and medium private enterprises to become an important part of China's economic system , plays a significant role in promoting social employment , and to promote economic development . However, due to the limitations of the small and medium-sized private enterprise itself , such as the shortage of talent , technological backwardness , its management is not high , the lack of management tools , these deficiencies are often constrained enterprises to further bigger and stronger . This paper combines the management practices of a manufacturing small and medium-sized private enterprises , mainly to study the problem of the quality management system , through the summary and analysis , to explore ways and means to enhance the level of quality management of small and medium - sized private enterprises . Thesis on the theory and methods of enterprise quality domestic and foreign research status overview ; then analyze the current quality management status of small and medium private enterprises , summarizes the common problems and difficulties , pointed out the need to establish the quality management system ; followed by an overview of the case the object of study - YH operating status of the company , in particular, to introduce the company's quality management practices and relevant industrial policies ; subsequent analysis of the cause of the problem by a the YH company quality management at this stage work , asked the company's quality management improvement measures and detailed work program ; then , the control of the quality system and improved mechanisms to analyze and describe strategies and methods for continuous improvement ; final summary of the full text of the future research prospect . The main contribution of this paper is a case study of YH development status of the Company and its quality management system , based on the draw on the experience of other enterprises in the industry and related research , to investigate the causes and impact of the success or failure of the quality management for SMEs factors , Based on a set of quality management system suitable for the development of the company , and through a variety of means of control and methods to enhance the quality of full awareness and brand awareness , establish the competitive advantage of the company's continued development . The results of this research have for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises similar reference.
