Abstract


One of the core content of the enterprise management financial management , and financial management of key aspects of fund management . Most of the domestic enterprise groups using a multi - level legal system , the complex structure of the internal organization of the enterprise group , longitudinal management chain is too long , enterprise resource advantages of scale and coordination effect has not been fully exploited . Terms of fund management , most of the domestic enterprise groups lack the funds monitoring means decentralization of funds , funds operating inefficiencies and other issues . Therefore , Exploration centralized management of funds to enhance the interoperability of the Enterprise Group 's capital management , monitoring force and the ability to share important practical significance .
