Shanghai municipal solid waste management , unified management , overall planning of the Shanghai Municipal Government earmarks , and garbage disposal sanitary landfill , waste incineration , garbage biochemical processing way . In this paper, Center City District Luwan District , for example , actively explore the use of advanced experience as well as domestic municipal solid waste resource utilization through garbage management and resources of the United States, Japan and other developed Western countries , in-depth study of Shanghai garbage management and resource utilization situation of which exist to expect to be able to put forward countermeasures , comments and suggestions , and to contribute to a force garbage in Shanghai to further improve the management and resource utilization of institutional mechanisms .
