Abstract


The construction of rural infrastructure facilities is essential for rural socio-economic activities and improving production and living conditions in the countryside, which is a point of developing agricultural production, increasing farmer incomes, expanding rural demand and stimulating economic growth, and which is the key part of coordinating development between urban and rural areas and is essential for constructing new socialist countryside. The quality of rural infrastructure construction has a profound impact on the long-term development, which is concerned on the well-being of the masses, expanding domestic demand, sustained and stable development of economy, promoting the development of modem agriculture, promoting all-round development of human being and the integrated progress of the countryside. Strengthening the construction of rural infrastructure is essential content and key link to accelerate constructing new socialist countryside, which could increase the income of farmers, and accelerate the development of rural economy, and shorten the gap between urban and rural areas. Therefore, the problem of building rural infrastructure has become a highlight of the world, while economy is the main motive force and source of improving rural backwardness. An urgent problem to how to construct rural infrastructure so as to transform traditional agriculture, upgrade of agriculture industry structure, improve the efficiency of agricultural production, promote agricultural and rural socio-economic activities, raise the income level and living conditions of farmers, introduce modern civilization into rural areas, open up the rural market and solve the employment problem of surplus rural labor. Meanwhile, how to construct rural infrastructure, which has a long-term strategic significance in promoting constructing new socialist countryside, is an important problem in rural areas of Shaanxi Province, even in the whole China.Under the subject of researching relationship between rural infrastructure construction and rural economic growth, applying two methods of combination of normative analysis and empirical research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the paper expounds correlative theory of rural infrastructure firstly. Then, according to the actual situation in rural areas of Shaanxi province, it analyses the situation of rural infrastructure construction from four aspects by using amount of data, which are infrastructure of production, infrastructure of humanity, infrastructure of life, and infrastructure of communication. And it expounds the existing problems and obstacle reasons of construction of rural infrastructure. Again, this paper construct econometric model to do multiple regression analysis of inner relationship between rural infrastructure construction and rural economic growth in the basis of analysis the mechanism of rural infrastructure construction on rural economic growth. Lastly, this article puts forward relevant proposals based on the empirical research and the actuality of rural infrastructure construction of Shaanxi.The innovations of this paper are mainly indicated on two aspects as follows:First, this paper applied non-linear econometric model to do multiple regression analysis of inner relationship between rural infrastructure construction and rural economic growth (agricultural production, non-agricultural production and income of farmers), so as to determine the main factors impacting on the growth of rural economy, and with a view to continuously improving the level of rural infrastructure and promoting the sustained, rapid and sound development of the rural economy.Second, the paper proposes the policy that should make rural education infrastructure for key areas of rural infrastructure construction.
