Abstract


Quality is essential to enterprises. It’s hard and vital for quality departments to research and put forward new methods and conception to production. It’s important for manager and engineers to deployment new quality controlling methods and to increase the efficiency and improve the products quality.Based on the PDI department in automobile company, the dissertation researches the methods and theory to establishing PDI evaluation and quality controlling system around customers’satisfaction. In order to heighten customers’satisfaction index, it’s necessary to researching and establishing the aggregation of items for feasible operation. Under the consideration of full checking, the evaluation system deploy from eight aspects. First, the evaluation must match the eligible requirement. Second, by the process of products evaluation, we should get the information of quality controlling ability, then to distribute the responsibility to different departments and establish the punishing and awarding files to fulfill the evaluation and quality controlling system.While, lacking of the standardization and consistence of quality evaluation, low efficiency and laggard working module, so in the process of researching, we develop an application software system based on the platform of JSP and SQL SERVER 2000, including the function modules, such as: in-depot and out-depot quality information analysis, sale-back information analysis, PDI information analysis and reports making module.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of researching. The second chapter mainly focuses on the models of production evaluation and introduces the PDI methods and present operations in reality.The third chapter mainly research the theory and methods to establishing more feasible and reasonable PDI evaluation system, including the evaluation items system and evaluation methods based on SEM(structural equation model). The forth chapter gives an example to introduce the PDI information management system. The last chapter summarizes the dissertation and prospect the future.In a word, the dissertation mainly research and establish PDI evaluation system to controlling products quality and evaluate production ability. Finally, by the methods of ability controlling to elevate CSI(customer satisfaction index).
