Abstract


Into the 21st century, with the intensification of market competition and development of information technology, strategic alliances and virtual logistics combined to produce new forms of enterprises, Virtual Logistics Alliance. This presented a new challenge to the business practice, but also to the theoretical study a new subject. Virtual Logistics Alliance logistics-oriented tasks, resulting in a special cooperative relations of cooperation between members of different logistics tasks intermittent. This new form of enterprise and cooperative relationship makes virtual logistics Union there is a lot of risk, and the adverse effects of these risks to the cooperation between the Virtual Logistics Alliance member companies. In order to have a clearer understanding of these risks and circumvent them, this paper special select the breakdown cooperation risk as the object of study. Chapters on the structure of processing, the paper first of the causes of the evolution of virtual logistics and enterprise strategic alliance with a brief introduction; then from the membership of the three aspects of the information platform and organizational forms described a virtual logistics Union and leads to the risk of cooperation and definition; Then, the core part of this article, that causes cooperation risks and circumvent research; Finally, a simple summary of the full text in this field in the future development prospects. Study on the the cooperation risk of causes, we used questionnaires to obtain first-hand information on this basis, with SPSS software, using factor analysis in-depth analysis of the the cooperation risk caused by 22 kinds of enterprise characteristics and behavior, summarized the six main factors - capacity, cost information, the social impact of the operation, integrity and matching, and construct a cooperative risk hierarchy. Study on the the cooperation risk of circumvention, the first from the source of risk aversion - Members circumvent, Let's talk about the choice of members of the cooperative were established based on the factor scores and the cooperation of the Analytic Hierarchy Process members selected methods, integrated application qualitative and quantitative analysis; the innovation proposed a number of moral hazard avoidance measures, the establishment of a \to constrain the behavior of enterprises will cause moral hazard level; cooperation subjective desire of the member enterprises and the objective conditions of the equipment and facilities about information risk avoidance measures, necessary to maintain the enthusiasm of members to communicate, but also from the information platform, information standard communication protocol to ensure that the transmission of information channels. The main innovation of this paper is to: a definition of Virtual Logistics Alliance and its members risk; applied empirical analysis of the risk of Virtual Logistics Alliance members to study the cooperation risk factors and the internal structure; three quantitative Virtual Logistics Alliance member companies of moral hazard and set the credit rating, in order to avoid moral hazard. The article summarized the cooperation risk factor of six, and that the cooperation risk aversion measures certain reference value for the actual operation.
