Abstract


Chinese traditional medicine, Chinese traditional physic important part is the rarity of traditional Chinese medicine. With the ordinary application of chemistry, biology, physics, theory of modern medicine to the Chinese traditional physic, people made great achievements in the research of Chinese traditional medicine. As along with the research of elements physiological functions, elements of Chinese traditional medicine has been paid more and more attention.The main work is as follows:1. Based on the elements data about human hair we have got from patients and healthy people, we analysed the elments in human hair by using principal component analysis and R-type factor analysis and obtained four more important microelemens to human hair and physiological response.2. In this article, we determined four microelements with atomic absorption spec- trophotometry in fifty four kinds of Chinese traditional medicines. With basic data analyzed statistical analysis method, we analyzed and compared the content of microelements in Chinese traditional medicine that treatment of chronic bronchitis and the different origin, harvest season, processing methods. The analysis result played a theoretical guidance role in the selection of Chinese medicine, the planting and medicinal parts of the determination and processing theory established. The fuzzy clustering method of Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic bronchitis cluster analysis. The classification result of traditional Chinese traditional medicine that treatment of chronic bronchitis which used by fuzzy clustering method is better.3. The complexation between pharmacodynamic component and microelements in Chinese traditional medicine is a kind of pharmacodynamic mechanism. People pre- sumed that there must exit a correlation between pharmacodynamic component and microelements. Our research work confirmed this relationship. Using principal com- ponent regression and partial least-square regression, we analyzed the correlation between pharmacodynamic component about polyphyllins and the content of mic- roelement in rhizome paridis. The regression analysis demonstrated a good relation- ship between drug ingredients and microelement. The relationship confirmed a new idea for Chinese traditional medicine prescription.
