In recent years, China’s rapid economic development has promoted urban development and urbanization. Urbanization has entered a rapid development period. The city’s rapid development is inseparable from demolition transformation. With China’s rapid economic development and urbanization acceleration, China Urban Housing Demolition also entered rapid development stage. Demolition work is not only one important way for local governments to integrate resources and realize scientific development. but also one of the necessary means to improve people’s living standards. However, as the demolition work involves the interests of all parties, removal work becomes the most prominent contradictions and conflicts among the society. Resettlement of people (national functions, land units, construction units, demolition units and other relevant units) has to spend a lot of energy and time on demolition work. Demolition of a block takes at least one and a half years and at most three to five years. Land acquisition and demolition are regarded as the most difficult work How can demolition work be carried out in an orderly manner, sentient operation, reasonable and legitimate way from the angle of objective need of city development? Based on previous research results and relevant literature, the author focuses on main problems and respective solutions and suggestions from the perspective of public administration, in order to make demolition work fair, reasonable, transparent and effective, to promote the smooth progress of the demolition of urban housing development and construction. There are four parts in the paper: chapter I, analyzing of domestic demolition issues; chapter II, studying the situation of foreign demolition, comparing the difference between demolition work at home and abroad, and summarizing their good experience; Chapter III, knotty problems faced by China’s demolition job study, and analyzing from the significance of city demolition, the current principal contradiction in demolition work and its reasons; chapterⅣ, proposing effective measures and suggestions to crack the demolition problems.This paper is both application research and countermeasures research. In the writing process, the author uses mainly integrating theory with practice, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method of combining and integrating a variety of evaluation research methods, and through an extensive literature survey and the integrated use of these methods for the papers Theory, Practice and so provide a solid foundation for discussion guarantee. At the same time, through the existing national laws and regulations, policy research, proposes solutions to the problem of urban housing demolition countermeasures and proposals.Urban relocation problems is complex and complicated, this article only involves some of these issues and puts forward its own immature comments. Though not all the problems of urban demolition are answered, but I believe that with the economic development and social progress, imperfect and perfect laws and regulations, human wisdom and civilization, the problems are to be resolved and improved in the near future.
