Abstract


In recent years, with the emergence of such issues: environmental pollution, shortage of resources, sustainable development has attracted the world’s attention widely. The traditional way to research the industrial sustainable development of a regional is to establish a rational and scientific evaluation system with score ranking, factor analysis, AHP etc. DEA method is suitable for evaluating the efficiency of multiple-input and multiple-output production unit which can also evaluate and analyze the resource utilization efficiency, the scale of pollution, environmental protection efficiency and validity of the factors of production in regional industrial development.Firstly, in this article the eco-efficiency of Chinese regional industrial development is estimated and the reasons for Chinese eco-efficiency status is analyzed based on the actual needs with the real data of Chinese 30 provinces and autonomous regions with the dynamic DEA model and improved DEA model. The results showed that the overall situation of Chinese eco-efficiency is that the east is superior to the central and the central is superior to the west. In addition, resources efficiency is much better than environmental efficiency in every region.Secondly, in this article the efficiency of the four general environmental protection measures for sustainable industrial development is analyzed based on the real data of Chinese 30 provinces and autonomous regions with output-based DEA model. The results showed that the environmental protection measures of most Chinese provinces did not give full play to its own resources or did not match with the sewage and the contribution that environmental protection measures to the economic output need to be raised in most Chinese provinces.Finally, in this article the efficiency of all production factors is calculated and analyzed model based on the real data of Chinese 30 provinces and autonomous regions with CD-based DEA model. The results are from the angle of employment, investment in fixed assets, consumption of resources and time series. In this article China’s regional industrial development should focus on the improvement of both productivity and operational management from the perspect of all production factors is argued.A comprehensive analysis of the results showed that the efficiency of Chinese regional industrial sustainable development is influenced by irrational and backward industrial production and economic growth mode, as well as policy implementation, public awareness and market factors. The improvement of the enterprise, industrial areas, even to the region as a whole can achieve Chinese industrial sustainable development as a whole.
