Abstract


The era of knowledge economy , knowledge-based enterprises to rise rapidly, as the typical knowledge-based enterprise software development organization in a highly competitive and complex and volatile market environment . For software development organizations , almost all jobs are in the form of the project operation , management focus from the management of a single project gradually transformed into the collaborative management of multiple projects within an organization , which need to import the new energy management , that organization 's multi-project management capabilities. Multi- project management capabilities of the software development organization , is standing on the organizational level , all projects in the organization to plan, organize , execute with the ability to control , the aim is to achieve the synergy of all items orderly operation of the final strategic objectives of the organization protection. This paper analyzes the project -oriented features of the software development organization , actual operations and organizational level the importance of project management , as an example of the software development organization for the organization of the actual needs of the multi - project management capabilities , and then from the viewpoint of system theory in-depth study of software development organizations multi - project management capabilities to explore the boundaries and capabilities of its ability to structure a collaborative analysis to build the organization model of the system of multi - project management capabilities ; established after three dimensions of the resource base , within the organization , management of environmental quality and external management environment quality organizations influencing factors conceptual model of the multi - project management capabilities , the empirical research through questionnaires ; Finally , for the the five interoperability of software development organizations, multi-project management capacity in the system model to enhance countermeasures were studied as a software development organization good management to carry out a number of projects to provide advice .
