Abstract


Tianjin eco-city construction has attracted great attention in the Tianjin Economic and Social Development Five-Year Plan made ??it clear : in 2010 the central city and the Binhai New Area, built the first eco- city , in 2015 to become the Tianjin eco-city construction . Solve Tianjin future economic development process bottleneck resources and ecological environment is the most effective means to follow the scientific development concept and building harmony between man and nature fully eco-city . Based on the Tianjin eco-city construction status of the environment and with other three municipalities competitive comparative study drawn Tianjin eco-city advantages and disadvantages of the main problems faced and finally propose countermeasures Tianjin Eco- city construction from theory, methods, practices carried out at different angles of research work the following aspects : 1, through the ecological city theory and implications of development in the world studied, Tianjin eco-city construction connotation and ideas for the Tianjin eco-city building theoretical basis and research ideas ; 2, for rapid economic development and sustainable development of the dual background , through Tianjin resources, environment , economic, social situation analysis, the Tianjin Eco- city construction adverse conditions ; addition, the use of comparative research methods , with Beijing , Shanghai , Chongqing, Comparative study of three municipalities , mining environmental competitiveness of Tianjin development and the weak links, feasibility studies and implementing measures specifying the outstanding contradictions and research priorities ; 3, for the proposed Tianjin Eco- city construction weaknesses , through the development of Tianjin ecological function zoning, the sustainable use of resources to build scientific support system , the establishment of pollution control system, strengthen urban infrastructure construction , and the establishment of a new socialist countryside construction of circular economy as the core ecological and economic system, and further through the implementation of the regional co-ordinating the development and construction to resolve the current system to protect the city of Tianjin eco significant practical problems facing the construction , building suitable for the harmonious development of the Tianjin eco-city framework pattern for the Tianjin eco-city construction and implementation of the play a guiding role .
