Abstract


The integration of the global economy so that more and more Chinese enterprises to participate in the global competition . Direct impact on the success or failure of the domestic enterprises in overseas construction projects , corporate profits , reputation and even survival . Therefore, the study of the characteristics of domestic enterprises overseas construction projects and summarize experience in project management becomes particularly important . Construction projects and IT projects have different characteristics than domestic enterprises overseas construction projects alone construction projects in the country and is very different . In this paper, a practical case , risk identification through the Delphi method and brainstorming tool , summed up a list of typical risk of domestic enterprises in overseas construction projects , these risks for different types of projects , both common has its uniqueness , different risk response plans for different risks . Domestic construction projects is usually based on the experience of the operation , the owners and the construction side is usually the project is based on a more flexible way to change the international project often under strict contract law as the implementation basis , which proposed the project manager a higher demand , in particular, have a higher risk of anticipatory consciousness . Usually when the risk occurs , for overseas construction projects , its risk response costs are much higher than in the domestic construction projects , overseas construction projects early in the project full risk identification is more important . Summary and discussion of such projects , construction projects abroad , the domestic enterprises want to be able to provide some of the risk management experience in actual combat .
