Abstract


In modern management, performance appraisal and improve employee performance as an important tool becomes increasingly important. Performance appraisal is the basis for promotion and training. Through regular assessment, so that employees can understand what has been their increase, in which there is still insufficient. Various types of performance appraisal for the organization to provide an opportunity to speak their minds, have the opportunity to reveal the work of inefficient behavior, but also can help employees strengthen the existing right behavior. Performance appraisal is the evaluation of the main control objectives or performance standards, the use of scientific methods to assess the employee’s completion of tasks, degree of fulfillment of job responsibilities of employees and staff development, and evaluation results will be fed back to employees in the process. Can an effective and convenient way to address our research staff performance appraisal process in question, is to implement the performance appraisal program is a strong force. In our situation, the development of a unit for our researchers to use the help of quantitative assessment of the performance software, is necessary.Now use the information on the WEB development tools, according to relevant statistics, is used frequently in JSP, ASP.NET, PHP, ASP. Of the unit and system design and development of the actual reality of demand, the existing WEB developers to understand the software, select ASP.NET to achieve the system design and development of more appropriate. At the same time, the use of Microsoft’s database management software with ASP.NET, SQL SERVER and make the system development process easier and easy.Use of database technology and its architecture, system modeling research and management information systems theory and methods, combined with the preparation of the formation of the program algorithm WEB researchers develop prototype performance appraisal system. ASP.Net development techniques and the use of the actual situation of the unit, the performance appraisal of researchers analyzed the situation and other operations, can effectively reduce the complexity of process operation, reduce the error probability. At the same time, the use of database management software is now mature for our SQL Server data storage to effective management. On a unified front-end business data collection, and data for a reasonable increase, modify, or delete operation, the front-end operations personnel to provide effective access to data support. Make good use of these outstanding development and management tools for processing to our business, my unit is bound to reasonably effective implementation of WEB-based researchers to do quantitative assessment of theoretical performance guarantee.
