Means that the old management is no longer suitable for today’s electric power needs of enterprise development, and we must establish a business in the power intelligent, efficient, and adapt to the evolving operation and maintenance management system.This paper describes the overall operation and maintenance management system, based on the functional structure, combined with Sichuan Electric Power Corporation operation and maintenance management systems, the design and implementation of network monitoring, application monitoring, alarm management, and statistics and report management functions.The subject of the use of JAVA and J2EE software development language for platform architecture design, implementation based on B/S mode of power operation and maintenance management system. This paper analyzes the specific functional requirements of each module, designed and implemented ITManger system control subsystem of the four main functions. Finally, the operation of the system test results prove that the design and implementation of the alarm module function can effectively meet the needs of the electricity sector, power sector for the security, stability and development of production provides a strong guarantee.
