Abstract


In this paper, fixed asset management processes and functions to do a detailed introduction on the domestic business units within the fixed assets management problems were analyzed, and offered to develop the need for fixed asset management system, according to foreign trade Yuhong Bureau of the specific situation, analysis of the development of the significance of the asset management system.This paper uses the B / S structure model as the structure of the system, and by using the technology of JSP system, SQL Server database to store data information. The functional realization of the asset class management, category management, use management and other functions. In the process to realize the asset from the storage to the distribution, from the use of discard as useless the assets management process, and takes into account the assets of the repair and transfer etc.. System for asset management process as the main clues, on all aspects of the function of in-depth investigation and analysis. System in the running function can help the unit of asset managers from the previous manual management mode, but also to the assets management system of asset management, also reduced due to human factors caused the loss of assets and other issues. Users of the system as long as the allocation of the query access can inquire statistical function of system of asset enquiries and supervision.The main operating system the user department is divided into asset management, system management and asset management departments, the project manager for the three types of linkages between the nature of the system features included user permissions, business process aspects of detail, and each table a comprehensive analysis and design, set up to meet client needs, to meet the user’s asset management system. The system in use not only to reduce the staff burden, but also increased the efficiency of asset management staff, to achieve the overall business information management, paving the way.
