Abstract


The optimum ratio and the grinding and dispersion of the wetting agent and a dispersing agent in the preparation of nano slurry time, as well as the final nano - particles have an average particle size and particle size distribution , to obtain the preparation of transparent insulation coatings require the nano slurry . By introducing the the nano slurry having a different function , the access to the different optical properties of the transparent insulation coatings . Wherein the phase change material having a temperature effect - doping V02 , and ATO slurry with an aqueous polyurethane the complex prepared transparent insulation coating has a certain amount of intelligence insulation function ; multiplexed by the ATO and transparent iron oxide slurry is formulated into transparent insulation coating , the coating has a certain color , and has a good block ultraviolet and near-infrared performance . Using nano titanium dioxide and nano- ATO isopropanol slurry and organic - inorganic hybrid resin complex prepared with excellent ultraviolet and near-infrared barrier , high hardness , high weathering transparent insulation coating . These coatings are successfully used in building glass and automotive glass , good insulation energy-saving effect .
