Oil-paper insulation is an important part of the power transformer , transformer single limit capacity and operational reliability of decisive significance . With the development of UHV the traditional power transformers using the mineral oil-paper insulation combinations can neither meet the high fire performance requirements , and serious environmental pollution . In the form of oil depletion , plant mineral insulating oil insulating oil will become green alternatives . As a new type of environmentally friendly liquid dielectric , plant the flash point of the insulating oil are excellent fireproof insulation material ; and has good electrical properties , the dielectric constant of about 1.5 times the mineral insulating oil , help improve oilpaper the problem of uneven distribution of the electric field in the insulating structure . In this paper, the overview of the current status insulating oil of plants based on the micro water diffusion and impregnated characteristics of rapeseed insulating oil refining process , physical and chemical , and electrical properties , its oil-paper insulation key research thesis reads as follows : choose the right plants insulating oil base oil ( 1 ) from vegetable oils contain fatty acid type angle ; through oil refining technology , explore rapeseed insulating oil refining process ; transformer oil test standards , studies the rapeseed insulating oil refinery before and after physical and chemical and rapeseed insulating oil and mineral insulating oil on the physico-chemical and dielectric properties and dielectric properties . ② using the one-dimensional model of Fick's second law of diffusion , rapeseed insulating oil impregnated paper micro water diffusion equation is derived ; design rapeseed insulating oil impregnated paper micro water diffusion experiment system and experimental methods , according to the experimental results fit rapeseed insulation oil impregnated paper micro water diffusion coefficient ; according to the boundary conditions and the method of separation of variables , the micro - water concentration of rapeseed insulating oil impregnated paper distribution formula ; simulation of the dynamic distribution of micro - water concentration of rapeseed insulating oil impregnated paper , the calculation results of the comparative analysis and distribution of micro - water concentration of mineral insulating oil impregnated paper . ③ depth analysis of the mechanism of oil-paper insulation impregnated discussion of the main factors in the process of oil-paper insulation impregnated ; designed rapeseed oil paper insulated immersion test model , the length of the rapeseed oil paper insulation impregnated curve over time through trial and minerals the curve measured points and the theoretical calculation of the length of time of greaseproof paper impregnated comparative analysis .
