Abstract


Urban development boom in the 21st century international economic integration, the people's living standards and urban hardware facilities have improved significantly and progress, but the operation of high-speed pursuit of economic indicators as well as lack of spiritual life to the majority of the people, which point in our country is particularly prominent. Tall buildings, crowded streets, as well as the deterioration of the ecological, little by little, swallowing should belong to the people's living space, tightly wrapped in reinforced concrete to build a prison. \Art has become a carrier of the heritage of human civilization. Public art since ancient times, the urgent needs of contemporary artists who combine social morphological characteristics and popular culture prosperity, give it a new philosophy - \Public art to meet the needs of the public cultural rights, and to improve the quality of life of the people, unite the new attitude of the city historical and cultural context, and re-boarded the stage of history. Of five chapters, this article in Urumqi, the development of public art for example, to analyze the objective existence of geographical features, history and existing urban hardware environment of the personal point of view of the use of public art and cultural resources in Urumqi, and with the domestic and foreign excellent case of public art, appropriate and specific field of cultural forms of artistic expression as a reference, The specific summary reads as follows: Chapter etymological understanding through public art, public spirit, overview of the theory of public art in the modern context knowledge, emphasizing the complementary interactive relationship between public art design principles followed in real operation, as well as public art and urban development; Chapter II intervention \the practical significance of the difference and discusses the field of public art; Chapter multidisciplinary research theoretical basis of public art have to rely on of Urumqi big cultural background, such as the \overview of the the Urumqi geographical features and development status of public art from a macro point of view, \four chapters to the \expect from a long-term perspective, the personal insights to establish the Urumqi Public Art Development reasonable mechanism. The fifth chapter is the conclusion part.
