Abstract


With the development of new industry in the 1950s, a new Technology Industry Park has come into being, this kind of new industrial park as a new industrialized form became a drive around new impetus of economic development. The emergence of the new industrial park, not only made scientific and technological achievements into productive forces rapidly, but also broke the thoughts of the difficulties for the coexistence of living and working for human beings. Excellent landscape park space will not only help attract the best enterprises, promote the city’s rapid the rapid development of urban economy and the growth of GDP, but also create a high quality living environment, for city’s survival mode is a beneficial exploration and help to shape the economic growth, resource intensive, ecological and harmonious city.Currently, there are still many issues existed in our Landscape Space Planning of the Technology Industry Park, with development of Economic structure and industrial structure, this kind of traditional planning has gradually cannot meet the needs of the development of productivity. Compared with the traditional industrial park, the new industrial park has more flexible production patterns and human resource structures, with the diversity of its internal functions, it has formed a new park space layout and landscape features, which differ greatly from traditional industrial park patterns. Based on the analysis and summary of the current programming problem, by the combination of the new features in the new-style industrial park landscape space, this article proposes the corresponding design requirements: the new industrial park landscape space planning should be based on the humanized consideration, from the angles of planning of location, resources integration and design, fully embodies its culture, particularity, and at the same time pay attention to protect the ecological resources in construction planning.The New Technology Industrial Park Landscape Space planning must follow the relevant planning principles, and fully meet the design requirements. On the premise of these two parts, this article puts forward the corresponding planning strategy, including: construct the open space systems, grasp the characteristics of architectural design, pay attention to functional landscape design elements and landscape sketch; Meanwhile, in the process, fully reflect the planning of humanity, ecological function and creativity. Hope that through these planning countermeasures proposed in this article, the status of the problem can be modified, and could guide China’s New Industrial Park Landscape Space head for a positive development.
