Abstract


Superpave asphalt pavement structure as a new material that can very well prevent Asphalt Pavement common high temperature deformation , low temperature cracking , skid shortage and water damage and other diseases . In this paper, Superpave asphalt mixture design, material composition, structure type, strength and performance characteristics of the formation mechanism was analyzed and discussed . According to the raw performance of Northern studied Superpave asphalt mineral aggregate gradation and optimal road performance ; through the test section of the production ratio, construction technology and pavement performance studies on laboratory test results were verified , research the results will contribute to the development of Superpave in the north and applications.
