This paper based on2BYD-6type rape shallow tillage fertilizer combined seeder as the main body, combining the structure characteristics and work performance, the machine install the torque sensor and torque display instrument,under the premise of meet the agronomic operation indicators,determination the relationship between power consumption and the different units speed,rotary speed, deep tillage and rice stubble height.The method of power consumption by rotary tillage ditching has been studied. By shallow tillage ditching kinematics analysis in the process of rotary machetes cutting soil,get the relationship between power consumption and the rotary speed ratio,bite length, soil physical properties and tillage depth. determining the soil and rice stubble parameters in the field, including rice stubble distribution density of field,rice stubble moisture content, soil moisture content, soil firmness and soil bulk density.Building and debugging the power consumption measurement platform of shallow tillage mechanism, the platform is mainly composed of2BYD-6type rape shallow tillage planter, dongfanghong MG654tractors, torque sensor and torque display instrument. By Using the platform to calibration unit speed, rotary speed, tillage depth, test parameters, the calibration can make parameters quickly to adjusted the and controlled in the field power consumption testDetermination of the shallow tillage consumption by field experiment. Respectively to set speed, rotary speed, tillage depth and stubble height as factors in the single factor experiment, the results show that as the forward speed, rotary speed, shallow tillage depth and rice stubble height increased the power consumption of shallow tillage also increased. Under the premise of meet the agronomic operation indicators, the best speed of unit operation is0.47~0.59m/s, the best rotary speed is185r/min, the best shallow depth is80mm, the best rice stubble height is10-20cm. The orthogonal experiment results show that the shallow tillage depth have a great influence of shallow ploughing power consumption,the power consumption increased along with the depth increased;the second is rotary speed, the third is the forword speed,the stubble height have a little affect on power consumption. Both the forword speed and rotary speed have a great influence on agronomic indicators,under the premise of meet the agronomic operation indicators and take the minimum shallow ploughing power consumption as the goal, finally get the optimal parameter combination of unit operations:forword speed is0.47~0.59m/s, rotary speed of185r/min, shallow ploughing depth is80mm and stubble height of40~50cm.In this paper, the field experiment and theory foundation are based on2BYD-6shallow tilling and fertilizing seeder for rapes, but the results of all the test can provides a theoretical basis for similar type of machines and tools design.
