Marxism is a theory of the liberation for the proletariat and mankind. The population of Marxism’s Actuclization is one major historic task which must be solved to use and develop Marxism in China. The Marxism theory is a theoretical system, only by the broad masses of the people understand, grasp, can transform as the powerful material force, produce due effect in practice. The cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the hundreds of millions of people’s business, the people are the creator of history. To adhere to the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, We must unremittingly with Marx theory to arm the whole party and educate the people, we must further promote the popularization of Marxism, to consolidate the guiding position of Marxism and realize the value function of population of Marxism.The population of Marxism is a process, which is understand and identity by people, transfer into people’s spiritual beliefs; and guide people’s action, furthermore the theory is popularized and developed in practice. The theoretical value, includes three aspects, promoting the popularization of theory, playing the guiding role of theory, testing theory, developing theory. The Marx doctrine the mass value is characterized in that:the value idea of people, value orientation and value orientation of scientific practice.On the correct understanding of the basis of the value of population of Marxism, we will realize the value of it. So, this article tried to find the approach of value’s actualization and the problems demanding full attention.
