Abstract


Objective: To investigate the embryonic rat ovarian orthotopic transplantation , transplanted subcutaneously in the recovery of endocrine function , the establishment of embryonic ovarian orthotopic transplantation model in further research on embryonic ovarian orthotopic transplantation , the receptor natural fertility recovery, and to generate the sub on behalf of the security issues . Fetal rat : gestational age 18-19 days in female Sprague Dawley (SD) as ovarian donor -day-old female SD rats of 40-50 days ( 40 ) were randomly divided into a group of orthotopic transplantation , subcutaneous transplant group the negative control group ( OVX group ) and the positive control group ( control group ) , 10 in each group , according to the groups to different treatment groups , observed 40 days after transplantation ovarian development and histology of determination estradiol and progesterone levels . Results: 40 days after orthotopic transplantation group transplanted subcutaneously transplanted ovary increased significantly , the two groups of ovarian grafts as well as the positive control group ovaries of varying sizes in all levels of developing follicles in the light microscope , luteal tissue , while the negative control group no ovarian tissue ; detection the orthotopic transplantation group , subcutaneous transplantation group , positive control group as well as the negative control group estradiol level were : 107.4 ± 10.02 pm01 / L, 106.73 ± 9.67pmol / L, 111.81 ± 4.36pmol / L, 46.58 ± 7.74pmol / L; progesterone levels : in on 11.86 in ± 2.39ng/ml , 11.60 ± 1.13ng/ml , 12.06 ± 0.72 ng / ml, and 3.02 ± 0.64ng/ml . after statistical analysis, orthotopic transplantation group estrogen and progesterone levels in subcutaneous transplant group difference ( p- gt ; 0.05 ) and with the positive control group had no significant significant difference ( p- gt ; 0.05 ) , while more than three groups of estrogen and progesterone hormone levels of negative control group phase significant difference ( p lt; 0.01 ) . Conclusion: 1 , rat embryonic ovaries in situ transplant recoverable endocrine function and ovulation function ; advantage in restoring the natural fertility of receptor 2 , rat embryo considerable effect of subcutaneously transplanted ovarian orthotopic transplantation , orthotopic transplantation . 3 , and it is feasible to establish an animal model for further study on the recovery of natural fertility after orthotopic transplantation of embryonic rat ovary and produce offspring security issues .
