Abstract


With our air space program development, the requirement of the ground testing equipment is increasing. The simulator, as one of that equipment, the requirements are not only in the increase of quantity demand, but also in the relevant technology for improving. The control system software, serving as achieve the main features and form, its management decided the quality of its products. Use project management theory is to improve the quality control system software to an effective method. Especially, the software project management theory on to the implementation of management can improve of quality control systems software in greater targeted audience.At present, there are many problems to control system software in the development, such as ambiguity in the software requirement, project delay in the schedule, and management in project staff. Main reason is that demand changes in the project management and control, the time schedule of the management and staff. Therefore, the article from the above three is to control system software development project management research, and with a system to control software development projects or project demand and time events with the relevant personnel. Project management methods will be applied to control system in software development and to the further into the management made suggestions.
