Abstract


With the rapid development of network technology, the management of authorized certification also had a qualitative leap. In China, the development of software technology certification market was very quickly, it becomes the second largest certification markets all over the world after the European and American areas. Especially in large enterprises with certain scale, in connection with the certification exam pattern of software technology gradually improved today, reform in the examination form of authorized certification was raised. Research and development on networking becomes the hot part of the modern mode reform. Reserch on authenticating examination will also be a trend.This paper describes the Development Condition and Application Prospect of authentication system and network test system. This article presents the analysis、design and implement of authorized certification examination management system based on networking.This paper describes the current licensing system authentication system and the development of network test and application, describes a network-based license management system certification test analysis, design and implementation process. Including center management side, office management side, three-part test system design and implementation process, and I descript for the main modules - data architecture, data communications systems security methods,etc.System to achieve the main application of the technology: the new Microsoft. NET architecture, Web Service distributed data interactive technology; the structure of a B / S and C / S method of combining the design; web design technology using ASP. NET 2.0, AJAX, Html for B / S page design; data communication using WSE for the safe handling of data encryption; back-end database for data storage using SQL Server2005; system memory structure questions and examination papers used a combination of XML and HTML the way data storage, to ensure that questions of scalability with the papers and multimedia data storage.The completion of the system has already bringing huge economic benefits.
