Abstract

Collodion embedding technique bodies of six adults and different ages living normal adult prostate scan of the purpose of the use of MRI technology to observe the the prostate bands carcasses and in vivo MRI findings, and then using a modified six specimens made of a thin layer of the prostate area serial sections. In this paper, through the application of the pelvic organs thin slices and MRI technology to get pictures control study, analysis of the anatomical features of the prostate band. The variation of overall and prostate and the diameters of the central area, volume indicators, in order to provide for the imaging diagnosis morphology guidance, and to explore the imaging features of prostate band changes with age. Materials and methods: a cadaveric prostate anatomy with MRI studies: the line prostate MRI level bit 6 male body, coronal and sagittal scanning by 10% formalin fixed pelvic intact, all the bodies The specimens had no prostate-related diseases, and a history of urinary system diseases. Observed cadaveric prostate MRI T1WI and T2WI signal characteristics with zoning. 2 sectional anatomy of cadavers prostate anatomy band: 6 by 10% formalin fixed pelvic intact male cadavers (ibid.), respectively, made of 250-750 micron level, coronal, and sagittal sagittal slices. 3, normal adult living donor prostate MRI studies: 684 healthy volunteers prostate MRI examination, all the volunteers had no prostate related diseases, and a history of urinary system diseases. Volunteers aged 20 -79 years, divided into five groups according to age, the to observe prostate band signal characteristics. , Prostate band anatomical cross-section and MRI control three groups: prostate primary section of the sagittal section (positive sagittal section) and cross section (high level, the level of fine Fu and low level), coronal section (far through the prostatic urethra the segment the urethra long axis and ejaculatory where levels). 5, prostate aging: healthy volunteers prostate MRI and grouping (ibid.). Measurement of prostate the whole and prostate Central District diameters (anteroposterior diameter, transverse diameter and vertical diameter), volume value and calculate the proportion of the total volume of the central zone volume of the prostate, the establishment of the normal prostate diameters, volume reference value range and Analysis of the changes in the characteristics of their age. Results: 1, the cadavers prostate band MRI performance cadavers T1WI entire prostate was slightly lower signal; performance on a different band on T2WI. Basically the same as the in vivo that prostate peripheral zone showed high signal performance, signal intensity higher than the central area central area showed low signal. 2 cadavers sectional anatomy of the prostate with District observed corpse sectional anatomy the slice according urethra, Fu Jing, ejaculatory duct identify the peripheral zone, central zone, transitional zone, periurethral tissue and prostate muscle matrix area general location, but not during See bounds obvious. 3, the observations of the normal prostate MRI normal prostate T2WI, prostate peripheral zone showed high signal performance, signal strength is higher than the central area, central area showed low signal. On T1WI only shows the outline of the prostate, band performance or hypointense, and can not be further distinguished. , Prostate band anatomical cross-section and MRI control three groups: prostate primary section of the sagittal section (positive sagittal section) and cross section (high level, the level of fine Fu and low level), coronal section (far through the prostatic urethra where the level of the long axis of the urethra and ejaculatory duct), observation of detailed anatomical characteristics of the band. 5, the normal prostate MRI observations and their respective diameters and volume measurement and statistical results prostate overall volume range around (11.59 ~ 47.01cm3) between the vertical diameter, anteroposterior diameter, transverse diameter, volume increases with age and gain large, the statistical results are statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Prostate central zone volume of about (2.89 ~ 12.46cm3) between the vertical diameter, anteroposterior diameter, transverse diameter, the volume increases with age and growth, the central zone volume of the prostate percentage of the total volume of approximately (22% to 36%), proportional to increase with increasing age, the statistical results were statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion (1) on a series of serial sections in collodion observed spatial distribution and division of the prostate band. (2) the fact that the body in vivo prostate with MRI signal performance is basically the same. (3) Select the prostate the continuous thin sectional slices corresponding MRI images-control study to complete the cross-sectional, controlled observational studies sagittal image of cross-section and coronal sectional anatomy and MRI. (4) analysis of to Prostate MRI scans on 684 healthy volunteers, prostate overall diameter and volume increased with age showed an increasing trend, and prostate Chuo various diameters and volume showed an increasing trend with increasing age , Central District, the percentage increase in proportion with increasing age, early detection and diagnosis of prostate disease has important clinical value.
