Abstract


In this study, four , eight grade students as objects, through interviews and questionnaires self explore the needs and build friendships , on this basis , through case studies analyzing different types of peer relationships characteristics of students , provide a reference for the school education , the promotion of youth the healthy development. First, pre- interview preparation \\Based on the four grade 8 200 student questionnaire results analysis : With the growth grades , students need the friendship gradually shifted from the specific activities of inner emotions , support the transition from passive acceptance friend conscious self-improvement . As the grade level , students build friendships in the process of showing the characteristics of the development . In Mends process, students mends the focus shifted from the privileged position of personality , emotion and inclination ; friend from helping self-positioning function steering meet emotional communication and self-improvement needs. In an intimate relationship , students expressed by a one-way friendship obedience to a more interactive experience , and behave more subtle and candid . In dealing with conflict , the student's attitude shift from tension concerns take it lightly ; handle conflicting policy shift by the compromise and concessions equal footing ; student friendship gradually turned to seek the relationship between dependence and independence in balance. Next, based on popularity and friendship elect circumstances, to choose good peer relationships and poor peer relations case study students to study different types of student characteristics peer relationships , to improve the quality of student peer interaction to provide a reference . Case analysis found : Fellowship student relationships better level than the rich, and each level of interaction between functions differently . In order to improve the quality of students' peer interaction and fourth grade students need to strengthen friendship and emotional experience , the Grade 8 students need to broaden the communicative companion surface .
