Abstract


Electrics Sales Company is the regional sales and service company who takes the sales of electronic appliances as the main business. It has head quartered and townships stores. This marketing model marketing models, target customer base, the service concept is quite different: population density based on a relatively small county, with its own delivery vehicle, independence and factory service personnel. The two marketing models have their own features. In the current market, the former pattern is a popular, general marketing model in many parts of the country. There were many problems in this small scale, geographical limitations of the strong economy during the operation in the market, especially to the low degree of information transmission speed of information sharing, data validity, and other aspects of real-time and even more difficult to adapt to the need for rapid expansion of business, which caused great difficulties for appliance chain enterprises represented by Tongli electronic home appliance chain enterprises.According to the marketing model and the current the problems of electronic, this article intends to solve the off-site multi-store messaging, standardizes business processes as the main object of study, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the status of corporate governance, this paper does a exploratory research on how to build electronic information management system.This paper introduces the background of this research and related basic concepts, such as: home appliance chain industry, the main chain of the industry research information management system, and then analyzes the current management system for home appliance chain industry, research status, finally points out the key issues and the work done. The paper introduces the related technologies, describes the development of communication related to the management of electronic information technology platform and role-based access control model. The paper gives the needs analysis, introduces Tongli electronic information management system requirements analysis, database table design. The paper gives the outline design, gives the functional description of each module. The system implementation gives the realization of each module and related business ideas, and some man-machine code interactive window. The system testing final gives the communication of electronic network information for the functional test platform, and the results are analyzed and summarized in the paper.The system uses thinking and processes of software engineering design, follows the j2ee specification. In accordance with the spring framework, this system uses the appropriate tools and technology research and development to meet the needs of the request. The system has been tested with a certain robustness and feasibility.
