Abstract


Ningbo Jiangbei district government actively promote the implementation of information technology led to the development of a strategy to vigorously develop the enterprise information system. Among them, the government departments of industry and commerce, land tax, financial, statistical, supervisor, has a respective business management information systems, economic account system, such as the Trade and Industry Bureau, the Inland Revenue Department's tax collection and management system, the Bureau of Quality Supervision Organization code management system and so on. Database platform, and data format used in these systems are not unified, the information is relatively independent, and can not be exchanged, shared and integrated. Start from the shortcomings of the current system, the detailed design of the system of enterprise credit information system in Jiangbei District. The standard uniform of the system, information specification, the exchange of real-time, dynamic management, safe and reliable, enterprise credit information resource sharing government departments, provide leadership decision-making, departmental applications, public services and credit evaluation functions, to strengthen supervision and optimization services purpose of increasing efficiency. Detailed study the current status quo of enterprise credit information system, summarizes the credit information system design, one of the key technologies, and research and discussion on the integration of the current mainstream technology. Read a lot of information on the credit information system design in the design process, with reference to the current mainstream enterprise credit information system design and architecture, detailed design of the system. The system is designed mainly includes three parts of the data platform design, system design, hardware and software platform of business applications design. Data exchange data management, data exchange, data sharing, data integration, and control functions. Fully adopted in the design of the industry's state-of-the-art integrated modules, mainly Oriental company's messaging middleware, data exchange integrated middleware and bridging software. Using sophisticated software system not only reduces development costs, but also to ensure the safety of the system, to shorten the development time. Business application system mainly includes four aspects of leadership decision-making systems, departmental applications, public service system and data management system; to which leadership decision-making system as the core data as a reference for leadership decision-making. The paper also the design of the hardware and software platform, the conditions of normal operation of the system must be hardware device and the required software. Finally, details the four main functions of the credit information system.
