Abstract


Computer technology and networking technology have been widely used in the daily work of enterprises and public institutions. As a result, a large number of documents, reports, statements, and other kinds of data contained more and more information and also related to the increasing number of departments and partners. Traditional manual approach, the transformation of documents and reports and the use of information, cannot meet the development of enterprises and public institutions and affect the decision-making of the leader and business development, which need to use the owned computer and network resources to achieve the enterprises informationization and to speed up the flow and effective use of information.Digital campus construction of Fujian Normal University Fuqing Branch has a certain scale, but all kinds of information resources, the developing and using of application system is still in start level. Informationization level is low on various aspects such as teaching, scientific research, management and campus life and so on.According to the above background, the auther tries to lead my teamwork to develop the Office Automation System in our college. This system, based on the leading Microsoft.net enterprise framework, is a new generation of information processing integrated system which is based on the open, advanced Intranet/Web technology. Based on the latest and mature computer technology, we can improve the level of informationization in this college through this system which allows information sharing and transmitting. It can help our administration in the college to learn the information as soon as possible so as to allow it to supply the convenient service for macro management and scientific decision; mean while, our staff can also share the information timely to better improve their teaching. This will help our college to be more efficient, regulative and scientific.
