Abstract


PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Chemical storage factory railway line, is mainly responsible for the western district of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company material to reach,and large areas of solid marketing in products shipped rail transport. Difficult to meet the transport needs after 2006, only the use of advanced science and technology combined with the actual situation of chemical storage factory to build a modern storage management control information platform as a whole to adapt to a large ethylene project goes into operation and the new transport situation.This issue is based on the railway station dispatching the specific characteristics of station command and control objects in space showed a typical point, line, surface distribution, and there are still between geographically close and logical relationship. Detailed software design, including specific database design, interface design, detailed functional description.
