Abstract


In recent years, rapid development has happened for China’s private equity funds, but compared to the international development status, there’s still much to be improved, where the key problem is our private equity fund related structure and system has not been standardized, the concept, profit system and external monitoring system is not clear, the rate of private equity funds in the financial accounting is too low, which is not suitable for the need of industrial innovation and economic restructuring and severely restricting the healthy development of private equity funds. Therefore, it’s necessary to make the study for private equity funds related issues of operation, profit and so on.On the base of Private Equity related basic theory knowledge, the paper make the study for various foreign operation modes, integrated with our current situation, the paper make the analysis that which model should be adopt in our country. Taking the Easy Fund Company as a study example, performing the comprehensive analysis for its company structure, the model of the operation, profit and so on to, then proposing a set of detailed improvement suggestion and actions.
