Abstract


KMT prison is an important part of the political system. Paying attention to the prison on the KMT government study, for us to understand the process of modernization of Chinese prisons, where the experience and lessons learned, create a modern, civilized prison is important.Compared to the Kuomintang government and the Qing government prison, the Beijing government is progress prison. Article focuses on these issues.Paper is divided into five parts.
