Abstract
A complete social credit system by the government credit , corporate credit and personal credit . Government credit at the heart of the pillars of the social credit system , plays a decisive , fundamental and oriented role . Government Credit is the smooth realization of the protection of the functions of the government , which affects the credit status of the community as a whole , affect the sound operation of the market economy , it is important to building a socialist harmonious society . China 's local government credit situation is generally good , but with the deepening of reform and opening up and social transformation , local governments lack of credit is more and more serious , such as the lack of transparency in government actions , administrative omission, local protectionism , the civil service corruption , false administration , had a negative impact on China's economic and social development . In this context , and enhancing our local government credit , improve the credibility of the local government is urgent . Government credit for the study , the integrated use of literature analysis, comparative analysis , and system analysis and other research methods , the first general theory of government credit to sort out on the basis of the connotation and theoretical origins of the government credit , and emphasized the value and role of government credit ; followed from China's national conditions , this paper discusses the construction of China 's local government credit has already been achieved and problems , two key aspects of public causes and reasons of the lack of local government credit underlying causes ; Finally, the lack of credit status of our government , at the same time learn from the successful experience of the United States proposed to enhance the credit of our government 's path options, including four aspects: to promote the transformation of local government governance model , and improve government credit institution building , strengthening civil servants team credit building and establishing a sound social credit system .
