Abstract


This thesis is based on existing theories of European integration, the main use of literature analysis, historical research, case studies and other methods to analyze the external constraints Central and Eastern European countries in transition. Combing through before and after the accession of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, the economic crisis has three periods by external constraints caused its domestic institutional change. Because of the accession of external factors on the Central and Eastern European countries in transition has lead to the occurrence of institutional changes in an external impact, at least affect the transformation of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe in the latter part of the overall goal setting and strategic adjustments. The recent global economic crisis can be said to be a test mode of transition in Central and Eastern Europe. Combined with special geopolitical Central and Eastern European countries, so at the same time influenced by Europe, Russia, the United States. Finally, figure out the gain and loss of the mode of transition in Central and Eastern Europe, successes and failures, to China's ongoing transformation to provide some experience and lessons learned.
